Sorry for the lack of posts recently but things have been a bit hectic. This week, being half term, there should be a little time to catch up.
We had a really good few days in the Gower peninsular over the bank holiday weekend, though we were able to get back for Sunday. The good time did finish on a bit of a low as we returned home courtesy of the AA. To be clear, I mean the recovery service and not Alcoholics Anonymous but I’m sure you will be making up your own jokes anyway.
The endured a car breakdown on the way home just after leaving the camp site. I had visions of being stuck in the car for hours but in fact things were handled very efficiently and we were able to travel home in the van which towed the car.
There must be an illustration about being helpless and needing rescue but perhaps it will come to me later.
To update some of the church news; Don is now at home and Trevor is recovering from his operation in Ward 8 of RGH. Please continue to pray.
